Can You Still Redeem the Plush Duskit Code?

The DuskitPlush code has expired. If you’re searching for Loomian Legacy Duskit, that matters before you plan around getting the plush variant through code redemption. Its reward also came with restrictions that affect trading and ability hunting.

The expired code awarded a Plush Duskit and let players choose its Personality.

That giveaway had two important limits:

• The reward is tradelocked. A Plush Duskit obtained through this code cannot be traded.
• It cannot have a Secret Ability. Choosing its Personality did not provide a way to choose a Secret Ability.

Keep Personality and Ability separate when evaluating the reward. The Personality choice was part of the giveaway; it did not remove either restriction.

Where Codes Are Redeemed

Code redemption takes place through the LoomiWatch:

1. Open the Store app.
2. Select the Codes tab.
3. Enter an active code.

Codes are not case-sensitive, and each can be redeemed only once. Changing the capitalization of DuskitPlush will not make the expired code work.

For future giveaways, follow Llama Train Studio’s announcements and pay attention to the redemption window. The expiration date determines whether a code can still award its reward.

Another Duskit-related giveaway used the code 2kPlushie to celebrate the Duskit Plush reaching 2,000 sales. Its rewards were Boost Token ×10 and Celebration Disc V ×1, rather than a Plush Duskit. That code has also expired. Keep these giveaways separate when looking through older announcements: the plush sales celebration awarded hunting resources and a disc, while DuskitPlush awarded the tradelocked Loomian with a selectable Personality.

Checking Abilities Before Trading

Secret Ability Loomians carry a purple sigma symbol on their summary page and a purple marker in the trading interface. Inspect those markers when evaluating a trade involving a Secret Ability claim. Abilities can affect battles and the overworld, and a Loomian’s Ability can only change through evolution. The Plush Duskit giveaway’s Personality selection did not override its restriction against having a Secret Ability.

How Roaming Charms and Loomiboosts Affect Hunting

For wild hunting, distinguish general Roaming encounter odds from the chance of receiving a particular Loomian.

The base wild encounter odds for a Roaming or Corrupt Loomian are 1/1024. The Roaming Charm costs 450 Robux and improves those odds to 1/512. With both the charm and an active Roaming Loomiboost, the odds become 1/128.

Those numbers describe encounter chances, not a countdown to a guaranteed catch. Reaching 128 encounters with both bonuses does not guarantee a Roaming encounter.

Make Your Boost Time Count

Prepare your party and capture supplies before activating a timed Loomiboost. Start the boost when you’re ready to spend its duration hunting.

Boost Tokens can be obtained through map crates and Mastery rewards, giving you options beyond purchasing them. Complete available Mastery objectives and collect crates while exploring to build up tokens for later hunts.

Choose the boost that matches your goal: Roaming boosts affect Roaming and Corrupt encounters, while Gleaming boosts target rare color variants. Keep that distinction in mind before spending a token on a hunting session.

The Gleaming Charm costs 400 Robux and changes the base wild Gleaming odds from 1/4096 to 1/2048. Combining that charm with an active Gleaming Loomiboost brings the Gleaming odds to 1/128. Although that matches the numerical rate for the Roaming Charm and Roaming Loomiboost combination, the bonuses target different encounter traits. Keep the Gleaming calculation separate from the Roaming calculation when deciding which resources to use.

Exploring Route 9 While Hunting

The October 30 Route 9 update added Field Capture, which lets you throw discs at Loomians while exploring. Enter Route 9 through the Cheshma Town train station. The update also introduced Expeditions and raids, with raids allowing players to team up for rare prizes and Loomians.

Learn the paths between encounter areas before committing a timed boost to exploration. Route 9 includes new Loomians to collect alongside its new encounter features, so leave room in your hunting plans for captures that catch your attention. Field Capture gives you another way to collect Loomians as you move through the map.
